We know what he was indicted for and we know what Fitz said in his press conference. The statement that Plame's status was not known outside the agency is being proven as hogwash, as more people who knew emerge to dispute it.

Since Fitz now looks like he lied in his press conference, is it possible he be brought up on charges? Or will he claim incompetence?
