No absolute need for phase 2+ in exact setting for off label usage/payment Not an absolute requirement, but it’s rare for an indication to get included in one of the two compendia without at least compelling phase-2 data. About AMGN. Only certain companies can get away with talking big the way they did and not look like a dumba I would add to that by saying only certain individuals at certain companies can get away with this, and Perlmutter is one of those individuals.
