Excellent questions Catfish. I suspect the answers may be that he is just an interested "viewer," here out of the goodness of his heart, another of the Batman crew, convincing us that the evil in the markets can be remedied by allowing these vigilantes to grow rich instead of giving our money to crooked insiders of microcaps.
