Bush-Cheney-Delay ARE the oil companies, in bed with them from day one and screwing not each other, but the rest of us and our environment. This "investigation" is just for show and they don't want it to result in any evidence of gouging even though much such evidence has already been unearthed exposing huge tips of the iceberg. The Enron tapes for instance.
