You should read what he is asserting, before you get your hackles up. He claims that the lowest member of the U.S. House of Representatives, or of the U.S. Senate has access to EXACTLY THE SAME QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF INTELLIGENCE as the Commander in Chief and Chief Executive of the United States. (Seems silly on it's face, don't you think?)
