Bill, Found this 1996 Nomai annual report (in English) After reading through it, it becomes very apparent how desperate this company is to latch onto a new standard market. They really do not have anything (product wise) that will carry them forward. It even mentions how the demand for syquest compatible products has significantly declined in early 1997. Also, it seems they make a large percentage of their sales shipping to the U.S., so unless they are prepared for a big legal battle here in the U.S. they can forget about the big sales in the U.S. market. They have nothing to lose, but it doesn't seem like they have the finances for this kind of battle. What do you think ? nomai.com Regards, Dave
