James, I agree at first blush this looks a "little corny" but after thinking about it some, it makes sense and is in fact probably anothe niche worth pursuing. I'm getting a little concerned, however, that this (very) small company starts to pursue so many "niches" that they can't do justice to any of them.

From the Cyber Fax web page it appears international faxing is an $18 BILLION (!!!) market and Cyber Fax appears to have a unique technology edge in this arena. Yet Cyber Fax isn't going to be rolled out until "the November 1997 timeframe". Within the past few weeks I've started seeing a lot of voice over internet products hyped extensibely on TV. So, guess what I'm trying to say is I think it would be wise to stop diluting company focus by chasing business like "Great American Pet Club" services and AGGRESSIVELY going after markets where DCI has definite edges but where (IMO) the edge(s) need to be leveraged to the max ASAP (!). IMO (again) a few months from now there will still be a market for Pet Club type services but there will be umpteen technology companies appear out of the woodwork offering fax over internet services.

I've only been a stockholder of DCI for the past 5-6 weeks but during that time have steadily increased my position because it appears the company has enormous potential. I just don't want to see that potential eroded because they're trying to be too many things to too many people.
