What you are seeing is a nice shake out. This sell off has not been on huge volume by any means. For some reason people are often scared to buy stocks when they are cheap, they would rather pay up, feeling more secure. Remember when ACTM went from 32 to 19? Then it went to 48 and you wished you bought at 19. If you want to be safe here, wait for volume to pick up and some nice upticks. I have a feeling that Advest is going to upgrade this one soon.
