As the article I posted pointed out, Gadaffi has been trying to "give up" his "WMD's" since 1999, and hasn't had an active WMD program since the late eighties when Ronnie Ray Gun eliminated some of his family in an assasination attempt VIA naval air strike.

Just more crappola you're gobbling up whole from the chimpistration. Admit it, until the chimp brought him up, you'd forgotten all about him, as we all had. Because he was harmless. He hasn't made the list of top ten dictators in YEARS.
