Update November 1, 2005. The Consolidation Order and Plan of Distribution entered by the United States District Court for the District of Columbia (the “Order”) provides, in part, that the Distribution Agent shall apply to the Court for an order approving payment of costs incurred in implementing the Plan of Distribution after the close of the claims period. The Order further provides that following approval of payment of costs by the Court, the Distribution Agent shall distribute funds to persons whose claims have been approved. The application required by the Order has been filed with the Court. This website will be updated following the entry of an appropriate order by the Court. Questions may be directed to:
