Baird,

Thanks for the kind words as well as all the high quality posts you've brought to this thread. As far as my options go it is looking good but as Yogi Berra used to say " The game ain't over til it's over."

Regarding RAINs option program, I don't think its any worse than what the Fortune 500 companies offer and probably a lot better. But the fact of the matter is that I have not yet read over RAINs option plan that well and I haven't but given any other companies a precursory glance. Mostly I just look for obvious threats of dilution. But investors do need to get their slide rules out, role up their sleeves and figure out on a company by comapny basis what sort of dilution is being caused. As the ranks of internet investors grow as well as our interconnectness in the coming years we may find that we have alot more influence on company and even SEC policy than we think.

As to the 144s filed recently, I think that's pretty much business as usual. As Marshall has pointed out in the past there's a variety of reasons for such filings with as many positive causes as negative ones. I certainly doubt Schussler has given up on RAINs future because he's filed to sell less than 5% of his holdings.

Well I have to cut this short as my little girl has finaly worn me down with her insistence on my attention.

Warm regards,
Dennis
