Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. to Acquire NAPPTour, Inc.

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hansen Gray & Company, Inc. (OTC Other: HGCP) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a letter of intent ("LOI") to acquire 100% of NAPPTour, Inc., a development stage event management and marketing company headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada.
According to the negotiable terms of the LOI, Hansen Gray will provide capital to NAPP in exchange for 100% of NAPP's issued and outstanding common stock as of the date of closing.
