No birds involved in this one, David. I suspect that it's the usual pre-trial posturing: A pre-trial ruling here, a pre-trial ruling there and, presto, the losing side claims "Time out! We need more time." You have a better chance of getting the nuclear codes that Prez Clinton keeps nearby than of finding out what's going on in the Vons pre-trial dance. Arnie
