With respect to homework, I meant the beta lactam potentiator (the second project with Ortho), not the company. Yeah, BVP is crawling all over stuff that I own, recently also taking positions in SIBI, SNAP, NRGN and CVAS. I thought that they had also taken a stake in GLIA, but now I can't verify that.

No, they don't own 13%. They own 5.1%. You can't add all the numbers up in the SEC disclosures, as the shares held by the partners, BVF Inc. and the fund are duplicated.
