If the information is so "proprietary" then why has Mr. Brinker discussed UTEK and his STRONG recommendation for it SEVERAL times on his weekly radio program which reaches MILLIONS of people? Given these facts, I felt my message was fair use of the newsletter information. PERIOD. Paul
