re: I toured the west coast in a camping van for five months a couple of years ago. Nothing like a "ROAD TRIP!". Five months on the west coast must have been great. When I was young we would just take off for months on the slightest suggestion, to anywhere, anytime. The stories I could tell.... Now, everyone is too serious, and too cash strapped. If you wanted to just get by, in the old days, it was much easier. Now, you can't survive unless you work 50 weeks a year. We're much poorer than we used to be... John
