This state isn't going to be bailed out by upping taxes on billionaires not that that's a bad idea. This states budget has run amok because of ridiculous programs that were started by previous administrations and are now impossible to kill thanks to the Ca. legislature. The budget is hosed because of benefits for state county and city workers has been increased constantly for political purposes. The budget is hosed because previous state administrations have tried to make up deficits on the backs of business so companies are finding other places more attractive. This states budget is hosed because environmentalist have made it so you've got to do years worth of environmental studies before you erect a tool shed. So please don't paint Arnold in a bad way. He tried to do what he thought was important but was blocked at every turn by special interests that didn't want their slice of the pie shrunk.
