We have had a 13G filing for roughly 7 million shares, which are together representing 9,5 % of the capital. The filing has been done on behalf of a S. Donald Sussman, Paloma International etc. Sussman appears to be a high-profile hedge fund type of person: Erik S. Donald Sussman is chairman and CEO of Paloma Partners Management Company, a private investment management company that specializes in market-neutral investment strategies for banks, insurance companies, pension funds, endowments, and high-net-worth individuals. He serves as deputy chairman of the international board of governors of the Weizmann Institute of Science and as a member of the executive committee of the board of trustees of Carnegie Hall. Mr. Sussman attended Columbia College and holds a BS and an MBA from New York University.
