U could have a few lines of java script that rotate hundreds of IP adresses each time a page is loaded. (i know, nobody uses javascript so what) DRINK THE KOOLAIDE!!! THE REAL PROBLEM HERE IS THE FUNDAMENTAL BASIS OF FRAUD. THE CEO ADMITTED THERE WAS A BIG PROBLEM W/ FRAUD AND SAID AND I QUOTE 'SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT.' THE ONLY THING 'ANYBODY' DID ABOUT IT WAS SELL A BUTTLOAD OF STOCK THAT MAKE YOUR TEETH RATTLE. THIS FRAUD SHOULD BE HALTED. THANK U AND HAV A NICE DAY.
