What bomb making material, uw? The reports I've seen talk about molotov cocktails and rocks. What know-how does it take to burn a car? Give me some gasoline and a cigarette lighter, I'm sure I could manage it.

It was widely reported that a petrol based bomb making factory was found in Paris. There were others.

Although your primitive skills would be effective against cars, Folks who really know what they are doing and know how to make and deploy the proper mixture can use the same gasoline to make simple bombs capable of taking down large buildings explosively or, as was done, create an immediate deflagration within a building that is very difficult to fight.
The charges are surprisingly small.
