I wasn't timing a top - that's a game for morons. Morons that are holding houses in San Diego they can't sell NOW as they decline in value and MORE houses flood the market as speculators bail. I just took advantage of the fact that my house had appreciated to 4 times it's mortgaged value since I bought it in '93. I'm very happy with my untaxed cap gain. I own a house in non-bubbleland today free and clear, bought with the profits of selling my mortgage in San Diego. THANKS Bill Clinton!
