Oh my God, are you actually questioning the motives of our enemies? It would be a monumental precedent to start some conversations that did not revolve around the chimpistration.

If he paid $10 million to each of the 270 families killed by the terrorists, he paid something like $2.7 billion. Did the Saudis ever kick in any money for the 10 Saudi terrorists that eliminated the WTC. 3000 families at $10,000,000 would demand a payment around $30 billion.
