Was his trip prior to the fabricated yellow powder story? I ask because a military company was initiating non-lead time work in full speed 6 months prior to Iraq war with the knowledge there would be a war in Iraq. This wasn't a business risk the executives took, they knew it was going to happen. Cheney was meeting with them regularly, so I assume it was him that give them the guidance. The question I have is: why was Cheney so confident about Congress voting "yes" to start a war in Iraq 6 months prior to the actually vote? Was the fabricated yellow powder story created 6 months prior to the start of Iraq war? If yes, then there's a problem here. If no, then there is no problem and I can drop this.
