No, California is broke because Bushie energy companies ripped us off for 30 billion bucks as Bush-Cheney were nominated until 2001 when Jeffords switched parties and gave democrats subpoena powers to investigate. Then Enron started collapsing (for other reasons) and shredding machines went crazy. Still, there is plenty of evidence that the Bush-Cheney-Enron cabal deliberately picked the west coast to gouge for three reasons: outright thievery, to blame it on Grey David and replace him, and to try an make excuses for dismantling environmental laws.

We in California know who's responsible, and Arnold failed to ever point his finger at the true culprits, because he has been in bed with them. Arnold met with Ken Lay before running for governor. He campaigned for Bush-Cheney. And he has done everything he can to fight for big business and billionaires against the common citizens.
