Big Oil has been gouging since June 2000, the month Cheney in particular was first nominated. No coincidence. At that time, they also coordinated efforts with Enron and their ilk to gouge us mercilessly on other forms of energy. Oil, NG and electricity are all in the same cabal. When you have two former energy execs running the WH, and one of them a fat cat tycoon like Cheney, you are asking for it. It's no different than a mafia, just a corporate monpology mafia. And don't forget, the Sadis and Kuwaitis are deeply in bed with Bush-Cheney-DElay as well.
