I presume you know that the person you are dealing with is incapable of understanding what is happening AND YOU ARE DOING IT KNOWING THAT! If that is the case, the difference between what you do and what a crook does is none. A civilized society recognizes that there are people who are so severely disabled mentally that they cannot make legal contracts. Your attempt ot form one and then enforce it is fraud.
