Jim - you have said several times that Victor is going to help Quadrax - the following comes from the latest S-3 filing on Edgar on September 3rd ----- The Company is precluded from receiving any dividends or distributions of cash from its Victor subsidiary under the terms of Victor's senior secured credit facility. Accordingly, any future profits from Victor will not be a source of operating capital for Quadrax's Quadrax Composites business. ------- Jim P. raised cash by selling QDRX shares and diluting the company's stock for a subsidiary that cannot even benefit the core business. Let's get these bros out of there before it's too late!!! JD
