Ted, Do you honestly think Kim stupid is going to nuke NK or Japan?

The issue is getting a handle on nuclear technology and not allowing it to fall into the wrong hands. North Korea probably won't ever use the bomb, but they sure are willing to sell it, not to mention use it to further the egos of their totalitarian leadership.

Yeah, I know we're trying to close Pandora's Box, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try.
