Late 2001 - early 2002 was the time that Ibn al-Shaykh al-Libi, captured Al Qaeda operative, was feeding disinformation to the CIA about the connection between Saddam and Al Qaeda, and the DIA was warning the CIA not to believe him. Totally discredited before it was even put out into the public domain. You're grasping at straws.
