That article is a good example of the problem of intelligence and proof. This is not a court of law and intelligence is different then legal evidence. So in this article, government officials insist he was there but not proven and unlikely. Also according to 9/11 report his cell phone was used in US during this time and only two day window existed and ATTA would have had to use a false passport. Conclusion= Likely there was no meeting. But a scintilla or some evidence still exists. Do you add it to the pile of circumstantial evidence to create the weight of "substantial evidence" totally on everythng or do you throw it out all together. What level of evidence are you using to reach your conclusion? And would you bet your life on it or the lives of the American people. Tough decisions if you are the "ONE".My answer is : I don't know , I am afraid. What is yours? What is CBs? PS: My adflex experience was good in one way. I have given up on tech. Regards, Rich
