In a Government where the people are at least partly represented by those whom they elect to office--I think it is fair to say that gun laws also reflect the fears of people who are not in Government.

In a poll of the "Canadian People" it will be found that many of them support the gun laws because of their fears of other people. I'm not expressing any stand by pointing out this observation...
