So is nuclear energy and so is anthrax. It doesn't mean that anything that MAY (or "can" as you said) be put to legitimate use is a Sacred and Holy Right?

Traffic in guns is not for the purpose of target practice--generally speaking.

Regulation of Own and Carry is a difficult issue. It is not solved by glib truisms. No offense, please.
