I've already addressed this in previous posts, there are medically accepted uses for the active ingredient (THC) in pot. The FDAs argument is based on the way it's taken and the fact that when smoked the user is exposed to the by product of combusting a weed. This argument doesn't really hold water when I can go out and buy a pack of clove cigarettes or BDs from India etc....none of which have any nicotine in them. Several countries

You're right technically, however, in several countries personal use is not an offense.
