Tiger, the story is less than credible then. Especially if you take it in context of what the story says:

President’s health and any drugs or treatment he may receive are not public record and are guarded zealously by the secretive cadre of aides that surround the President.

You can't have it both ways. The story is leaked by an aide (privately) but guarded zealously?
