Hi all, I've been looking for the last 1/2 hr or so trying to find the post with someone stating their best estimate of probable pps on PLNI, both short and long term. I thought I saw a consensus of around .05-.10 for the relative short term. Any thoughts? I could afford a 1/2 mil at ave of .0086 so Ima small-timer. Did get my ageing mom in for 100k which was a feat. Though she can afford it she is verrrry nervous and thus my request to you so I can placate her nerves. cheers,
