I saw that article about the Justice Department. It makes sense that they would be unhappy about not working the same sorts of issues they were engaged to work.

I guess there is no shortage of young college grads who are eager for the jobs, either.

Dunno about that. Recruitment was always tough primarily because of the pay differential and it's gotten progressively harder. More recently, the problem was compounded by attracting kids who don't want to start at the bottom. They all think they start with a policy making job and at least one assistant.
