CLinton's economy was very solid, all paid for. Bush's is not.

If you really believe in Bush's economy, then please explain who's going to pay off his trillions in new deficits. How, when and who? If you have no answer, you lose the debate. Clinton gave us surpluses and full employment. Bush gave his cronies a big boost and kept the economy afloat by the biggest borrowing binge in world history.

Remember, Bush is copying Reagan's economy, and that debt-driven boom took seven years of tax hikes to pay off. Bush's deficits are much worse than Reagan's.
