Thanks for the article. This is a real shell game. The judge is getting exhausted with the suit-----so will he declare his decision before Thanksgiving or after and before Christmas.

And, if the decision opens up the market then will SYNC react or is it already reacting. The chart shows a steady climb from about $2. to where we are now.
