If you look at that rate sheet I linked, you can see how difficult it is to actually pin point a rate.

Using this website, select the 6 months libor and chart it back 3 years, you can see how much the key index used by the subprimers had gone up. I think my assumption of the initial rate up about 2% from 18 months ago is reasonably accurate, if not conservative.
