For crying out loud, what the H*LL does a company with under 5,000 employees need two corporate offices for and both within a few hundred miles of each another?. Does'nt this guy have the guts to announce the closure of the Provo HQ if he strongly believes that Silicon Valley is where NOVL should be located ?. Look at how Gestner turned around IBM. Heck, I worked for IBM 10 years ago and visiting their HQ's recently, it doesn't look like anything it was ten years ago. Everything in the Canadian H.O looks like no-name products...sorry Joe but thats the impression I got when looking around.

And whats our chief doing flying around on the corporate jet at a cost of $50,000/flight to attend board meetings?. What does it cost 1st class between S.I and Provo ?. Better still, why does NOVL have a corporate jet in the first place. Why do they have the Hammer vehicle on the construction site ? Wouldn't a Ford Bronco have been enough ? Many of the larger Fortune 500 companies were selling their assets including corporate jets during hard times to control costs. What makes this CEO think that NOVL is out of the woods ? Heck, NOVL doesn't even have a single product that is close to selling anywhere like hotcakes.

Seems like with the opportunity given to this rookie CEO, he is going to try every bell and whistle offered to executives before calling it quits. Perhaps NOVL will be a starting point from where he will learn the ABC's of cost accounting. Oh Well !! we shareholders will have to take the tab. whilst this junior is learning. Just wish we had someone more experienced like Gestner at the helm.

V.K

P.S This company's costs are out of control but the next rally and I'm out of this stock....forever more...amen.
