If the Arizona permit comes in this week, cyj can go it alone without their previous jv partner.This could be considered an improvement.The large block of stock might also be a forced sale by former associates.Only the insiders know for sure.One has to wonder about the timing. Could this be some additional house cleaning by the exchange? Cheers, JR.
