Re: According to Jordan, morale among our guys is very high. They not only believe they are winning, but that they are winning decisively. I am not sure what this person means by "winning," but according to family over there, we are not going to see self-sustaining ISF anytime soon. They are incompetent, corrupt, and lazy.....not to mention the tribal infighting which still exists among them. Sunni generals still will go out and round up shiite people(who are innocent) and vice versa. We need an independent and viable ISF, capable of operating on their own. IMO, this is ultimately what is meant by the word "winning," and from everything I have heard, we are no closer to it today than we were two years ago.
