ME. TO . He will go down in the record books. What a way to be known. It's like grade school cagers. The ball is tipped at mid court and the 4th grader takes off going the wrong direction at the wrong basket, everyone is screaming and the kid thinks he will be a hero when he makes the basket, much to his chagrin when he does.

Some trivia. Thinking about what I believe was an NCAA record at the time. Who was the VT player who got a rebound under the opponents basket and with time running out heaved the ball the length of the court to win the game. I think it was Les Henson, in 1980, don't remember who they were playing. I remember it was 89 feet one inch and the most incredible thing about the shot was that Henson was a natural left hander and threw the ball right handed.Do you remember anything else about that one.?
