fwiw... davidjanas Member Member Rated: posted November 14, 2005 17:30 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- u know..i wont even post our conversation because some of the things he says are so crazy that its hard to figure out the truth..but isnt that what all of us "educated investors" are here for..to determine the truth..we have a right to know..u know how hard it is to get to frank ..i have to do my little tactics to get through to his receptionist and his personal assistant..its not easy work. these days i think frank speaks alot of garbage...thats why its so easy to get frustrated...but if u look at the facts...it all makes sense..he explained it very nicely to me by the way..eventhough he releases it afterhours on friday , it wont be certified by the sec..he said we will be happy with the audit and it is clean..but the sec needs an extra 60 days to put there stamp on it.
