I wouldn't consider Mr. Dell one of the idle rich. Paris Hilton though..? My brother is a musician that plays ski and other resorts and casinos, and has introduced me to quite a few idle rich. They like to include him when they party, because he's "cool", and he likes it because it's on their tab. One guy he hangs with is an alchoholic, drug addicted inheritor of the Chrysler fortune. He jets around in his own jets, owns houses all over the country, yachts on both coasts, yet does nothing other than party. He's really a sad waste of a man.
