I watched the Crammer AMD segment and I was floored. First, it wasn't just a passing bullish comment but an entire segment on AMD and why you should be buying AMD over Intel. He started it by stating he is an Intel-holic and is doing the 12-step program. You could see the pain in his realization and admission that he was wrong in being such an Intel bull. His bottom line analysis was that Intel management just wasn't up to task with AMD's management and in fact "AMD was wiping the floor with Intel management". He cited the $100 laptop project as an alliance that came to be because AMD management put it together. Intel missteps on chips and chipsets were an execution problem caused by management. An interesting comment during the segment was that intstitutions and mutual funds look for stocks that have what AMD currently has and that is MOMENTUM. He also commented that you wanted to get into AMD BEFORE tomorrow's Analyst Day. Crammer hit many of his favorite bullish sound effect buttons during the segment including the *Hallelujah, bull snort, all aboard, and cheering applause.* He said he'll be getting emails from people claiming he's not consistent but he countered that the purpose of his show is to make people money and that in spite of his charitable trust Intel holdings he strongly believes AMD is the better investment and will make viewers money.
