I tried to contact David Parrish of Advest to ask for his opinion whether ACTM is a "buy" at this level but could not get his email address from Advest. If he said HOLD at 47, then at what price of the stock he would switch to BUY? I see this stock will probably settle at around 30-31. Volume has been lighter the last 2 days.
