Gus, I read Mein Kampf long ago. That was even before I could read German so I read it in a Danish translation. Wasn't so easy to get one's hands on this piece of "literature" back then. Yes, it's all in there (except for the gas) but it also deals with the ultimate personal liability of the "Leader" vs. the state with his life at stake should things go wrong. Hitler obviously believed in and lived - or rather died - according to that ideal. As for the rest, a lot of data up for interpretation. What's your personal take on that? Taro
