russ: FCBs are having twice the impact of the Fed, and thus are setting US monetary policy. ahhaha: Ridiculous. What evidence do you have of this? he is presumably referring to FCB holdings of Treasurys and agencies, which are twice as large as the Fed's own Net Securities Held.
