Insider Selling:

This SEC Form 144 release reveals Torossian sold 100,000 shares at $35.00 on July 23rd, 4 days after the share buyback announcement and the day after the highest close since Nov. 95. Was this astute trading or did he make a terrible mistake? I wonder if he sold more since. Or maybe he's reversed course and is in there buying stock for his own account now that the buyback is rescinded.

Also an earlier comment suggested the buyback might have been canceled because the stock was now higher. It closed at $33.16 the day before the announcement.

Not bad especially if one followed through with basics like holding winners and selling losers.

And I think the 144 release would qualify as a sentiment indicator.
